WHY IT’S RAD!
Mitsubishi Evo Van…or at least that is how these Mitsubishi RVR’s are colloquially known!
Why Evo? Well, this little van is equipped with the venerable 4G63T. This is the same DOHC Turbocharged 4 cylinder mill that powers Lancer Evo’s from 1992-2007, Eclipses, Galant VR4’s, and many other legendary vehicles. It also sports a RAD hood scoop feeding air to an intercooler and all-wheel-drive. That will do it.
The Mitsubishi Recreational Vehicle Runner (RVR) X3 presented here sports a 4 speed automatic with overdrive attached to the aforementioned AWD system. The little van is said to be in strong mechanical condition with no known issues, except a squealing serpentine belt upon cold startup. An aftermarket blue silicon hose is visible in the engine bay.
All electronics are said to be in working order including windows, HVAC (A/C blows cold), lights, and mirrors. The interior sports an uber RAD pattern and the seats appear free of rips or stains. The rear seats can slide fore & aft and all of the seats can fold completely flat, as pictured in the gallery.
There is an aftermarket MaxxHaul roof basket present. The exterior is free of major dents or damage, however the roof and rear spoiler show clear coat fade and some peeling.
The vehicle was imported last year and an oil change was performed at 66,000 miles, prior to export from Japan.
The vehicle is sold with all import documents required for registration in all states except for California and a notarized bill of sale.
This thing would make for an awesome little (off road) sleeper. To the future, new owner, send us pics of this thing getting dirty. Happy bidding!
