WHY IT’S RAD!
Gear-driven cams, rad wheel design, single-sided aluminum swing arm and 100+ horsepower V4- all with looks to match. This is the RC36, or better known as the Honda VFR 750F.
1993 was the final year of the second generation VFR and the last year of the highly sought after 8-spoke rear wheel here in the United States, making it extremely rare. This example comes in the raddest color combo of the second gens, the one year only pearl white paired with white wheels. 1 hit of the starter and V4 fires on the first crank treating listeners to one of the best exhaust notes in the motorcycle world along with the whine of the VFRs gear driven cams.
The VFR’s cluster shows an accurate 46,147 miles, which may increase slightly and has been reportedly well maintained with recent refurbishment, as broken down below:

Additionally, the seller has added/performed the following modifications:
- New Delkevic shorty high mount slip-on exhaust
- New EBC clutch and heavy-duty spring set
- New Galfer stainless steel brake lines both front and rear
- New brake pads front and rear
The seller reports this bike has never been down aside from a driveway spill by the previous owner. Fairings have a few scrapes (visible in the gallery) and a few non-visible cracks, but nothing major noted and all fairings are fully secure. The seat looks to be in great shape with no rips or tears.
Included with the bike are maintenance records for the aforementioned work as performed by a local technician, one key, the original and complete Honda tool kit, the original exhaust, soft saddle bags, an aftermarket (AirTech) rear seat cowl in unpainted white fiberglass, and the original Honda owner’s manuals.
Mechanically, the bike is said to need nothing and is ready to be ridden and enjoyed by its new owner. We love having motorcycles at RADwood and this Honda would certainly be welcome at any show.
Happy bidding!
